Growing Together – Practising Inner,
Relational and Collective Regeneration

A recurring online workshop series for a world in transition

We are living in a time of profound transformation. The overlapping crises of our age—climate, social, spiritual—require more than technological fixes. They call for a cultural awakening, a collective reimagining of how we relate to ourselves, each other and the living world.

Growing Together is a community-based action research workshop series exploring the core question: What do we need to learn, practise and embody—individually and collectively—to not go extinct, but to thrive? Or, in simpler terms: how do we turn this ship around?

Each session invites you to explore practical tools and embodied wisdom for inner regeneration (e.g. meditation, Internal Family Systems, chanting), relational technologies (e.g. dialogue formats, mutual support structures, regenerative teamwork) and collective intelligence (e.g. sense-making, choice-making, and collective action).

We approach this not as experts delivering content, but as a learning community of participant-researchers. Together, we’ll explore what it takes to grow in the midst of crisis and how we might midwife a more beautiful world.

Whatever the problem, community is the answer

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore how to build resilient and regenerative communities in response to today’s overlapping crises. Drawing on the Microsolidarity framework, we’ll combine a short talk with guided practices to cultivate trust, care and belonging—in ourselves and with others.

The Art & Science of the Weekly Review

In this workshop, co-hosted by Ivan Gonzalez, we’ll explore the weekly review, a simple yet powerful weekly ritual to integrate our week, clear our minds and refocus on what really matters.
